Christopher Jones

President

A relationship-driven industry veteran, Chris has deep expertise in property & casualty insurance, risk management, and is proficient in executing a customer-centric vision through collaboration and proactive service offerings. Previously, Chris held President, COO, CFO and senior vice president positions at organizations covering program M&A, business development and accounting/finance where he coordinated corporate strategy and business development operations.

Chief Program Officer

Eric brings extensive experience in underwriting, marketing, policy services and compliance to Convelo’s leadership team. He co-founded a start-up insurance wholesale operation that was acquired by a national program manager, and has held several key senior leadership roles for national managing general agencies, as well as various insurance carriers.

Shad Oliver

Head of Distribution

Shad is a seasoned property casualty insurance leader with over two decades of experience spanning distribution strategy, marketing, operations, and business development. Prior to Convelo, Shad held senior distribution and marketing roles where he built and managed national partner strategies, implemented enterprise CRM solutions, coached senior leaders on deal management best practices, designed intermediary segmentation frameworks, and led new product launches. Shad holds many insurance designations, including CPCU, ARM, AU, AAI, AIC, AIT, CRIS, ERIS, MLIS, MRIS, eS, and the MIOP (Master of Insurance Operations Professional) from the CIOP Institute.

Chris joins Convelo with over 40 years of industry experience, spending the last 27 years working in the Non-Profit, Human Services and Religious Insurance space. With recognition of the need our clients have, his expertise in the space helps to craft solutions to meet their needs.

Melissa Dalske

President, Religious and Human Services

Melissa is a property and casualty insurance expert with 25 years of industry experience specializing in the nonprofit, human services, and religious sectors. Before joining Convelo, she held leadership roles at national brokerages and directed business development, risk management, and corporate strategy for a national nonprofit insurer. Combining strong analytical and creative skills, Melissa designs tailored risk solutions and actively advocates for nonprofit insurance reform.

Cecil brings value to Convelo client relationships through his extensive knowledge of primary casualty and risk management, particularly in the healthcare sector. He has expertise in results-driven underwriting and portfolio management, most recently with Zurich Financial Services.

IT Director

Irene, with over 15 years’ experience, joins Convelo to lead complex tech projects for niche insurance solutions in support of Non-Profit and Human Services. Her expertise spans leadership, communication, project and resource management, and networking. She’ll oversee tech strategy, software dev, cloud infrastructure, security, and databases. Formerly a CIO in law firms and Non-Profit Health Care, Irene holds degrees in Law and an MBA and is pursuing an MS in Cybersecurity. Convelo welcomes her as a trusted tech partner and leader.
